Hi, I'm Charlene. I'm product designer at Twilio Segment. I earned a M.S. in Human-Computer Interaction from Indiana University Bloomington and a B.S. in Industrial and Systems Engineering from Georgia Tech. As an engineer-turned designer, my design is always backup with solid research, data and logic. I never shy away from technical details. My superpower is breaking down complex problems and translating them into elegant design.
